Software Group, LLC began assisting small businesses in 2003 with its first application created for Meat Processors. We became members of the Missouri Association of Meat Processors and this has led to more companies successfully testing our software. At this time MeatBooks © is in its third generation of development and we are selling it in 15 states. During this same period of time we have also begun developing systems for various other industries in the Mid-Missouri area such as in the Pawn Industry, Health Care, Insurance, Real Estate, and Banking Industry.

The Vision
I see a multi million dollar software engineering company that builds software for many industries through out the world, but has a system in place that specifically focuses on 5 different industries to generate its main revenues. This company also manages these software programs and distributes them through out the world. More specific Software Group, LLC will have a model of producing software modules that can be used in each software package it decides to create, and then continue to create new technology that will make this company known as having an excellent and outstanding product and service. Software Group, LLC will have a proven system in place to plan, develop, deliver, and then give the best support possible that its clients could ever imagine.

Software Group, LLC will have a development team that will continue to find new programs/projects to work on to help generate new revenues for the company and insure the stability and longevity of the company; that team will do all the research and development. Software Group, LLC will continue with all the upgrades and the future of those programs. Software Group, LLC will build the software and house the development team. Each software program built for a specific industry will have its own support team. Software Group, LLC will certify trainers and installation technicians to install the software for the end user. Some of the software will have remote installation and training, and some of the software will have on site installation and training; dependent on the industry and the end user. Software Group, LLC will determine the life span of the software and the process of the distribution of that software.

There will be a day that Software Group, LLC will be in a six story glass building; five of the floors will house the five support teams for each of the five programs, and also the long term business/development teams for that product. The sixth floor will house the Software Group, LLC Business Development Team, of which that team will concentrate, be accountable for, and insure the longevity of Software Group, LLC. This team will determine the direction and continued growth, and will insure the vision of this Company is met. Any extra space that is remaining in the building will be leased to or strategic partners that will help us accomplish our goal.

Software Group, LLC will also have a division that will manage any sales outside of the United States and that department head will report directly to the Software Group, LLC Business Development Team to determine the direction of the global markets that Software Group, LLC will work in. Each product that is sold outside of the US will also have a team that will insure our business model is being followed, legal matters are dealt with, and to insure success and customer satisfaction in those markets.
